To get your device serviced bring it into store and one of our certified Apple technicians will be ready to preform diagnostics on your iPad and make sure you get the help you need. We provide service options on your iPad both in-warranty and out-of-warranty.
Did you purchase AppleCare + on your iPad? If you have AppleCare + we can organise a same model replacement device for your damaged iPad.
iPads are a non repairable item and as such a screen replacement for iPads isn't a service offered by Apple. However, Apple do offer an exchange replacement program whereby we can exchange your damaged iPad with a same model replacement with a warranty backed by Apple.
